We design bespoke, living underwater landscapes. Every aquarium is read together with its light, scale and architecture, and delivered end to end — from design to the final detail of installation.
What We Do
Architectural Consulting
An aquarium is not a piece of furniture; it is a system tied into the building. Everything that resolves cleanly at design stage becomes expensive once the fit-out is finished, which is why we prefer to join architects and interior designers early.
What we cover
- Floor load. A filled aquarium places a substantial distributed load on the slab; installations above the residential design load need a structural review.
- Technical volume. Where the filter, CO2 cylinder, heater and electrical work are concealed, and how they stay serviceable.
- Water and drainage. A nearby supply point and drain turn water changes from a chore into a routine.
- Lighting. Keeping aquarium lighting and room lighting from fighting each other, plus cable routes and switching.
- Background and sightline. Where the tank is viewed from, and at what height, determines the composition.
Deliverable
A dimensioned placement proposal, technical-volume requirements and services notes, in a form that can be written straight into the architectural drawings.
